Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery under the following circumstances:

Quality Issues: If your product is defective or exhibits any quality-related concerns, we offer a no-questions-asked replacement.

Damaged or Missing Items: If your order arrives damaged or is missing any components, please contact us within 24 hours for a prompt resolution.

Please note:

  • Items that have been used or opened are not eligible for return.
  • We do not accept returns for items ordered in error (e.g., misordered, over-ordered) or when there is no product issue.

Exchanges

We offer product exchanges in the following situations:

  • Incorrect item received: If you receive an item that differs from what you ordered, we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost.
  • Size or compatibility issues: In select cases, we may allow an exchange if the product is in its original, unused condition and packaging. Please contact our support team to confirm eligibility.

All exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery. To initiate an exchange, please provide order details and supporting images (if applicable). Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Tools and equipment
  • Customized or made-to-order items

We strongly recommend reviewing product specifications before placing an order. If you're unsure about a product’s return eligibility, our support team is available to help.

Refunds

Once your return is reviewed and approved, refunds are processed promptly. You may choose:

  • A refund to your original payment method
  • A credit issued as Bquik Credits for future purchases
